cara nak elakkan ngantok time blajr..

salam sejahtera tok sume..
sy tahu rmai yg mngntok time blajar..

niw nk kongsi skit tips tok ilangkan ngantok:

1. jangan minum susu (esp. warm milk)...milk contains tryptophan, a precursor to serotonin which is a neurotransmitter that stimulates the sleep centre..

2. makan snack - snack actually can fight off mental fatigue (+ glucose)...recommended healthy snacks are:
       -yogurt
       -fruits
       -chopped raw veggies (mmg aku takkan mkn la yg ni)

3. take a cold shower (not recommended in winter..:D) - the coldness will jolt your system....

4. buat something yang relaxing tetapi still menggunakan otak - example : crosswords, sudoku, maen PES


so cbe la sendir ye..
